I am obsessed with donuts, there I said it and feel much better having shared that information with the world.  I purchased a babycakes donut maker on Friday and have been playing with it ever since.

Here is my blueberry/cherry donut with a lemon glaze.  Hard to believe that it has no wheat and no eggs and still tastes as decadent as it looks.
